You've received a link to access a course but it's not working, right? Don't worry, we'll get you in.
First, have you created an account in the lab? When you create a profile in the lab, use the same email address you used when you registered.
Second, once you have your account, you need to use the link we sent you vs. just finding the course under the Academy
tab.
Third, when you follow the link we sent you in the Welcome or 24 Hour Notice emails, you'll see a screen asking you to join the Learning Lab. If you've already have an account look in the upper right corner: sign in. Once you've signed in, you'll be on the course page.
Fourth, you'll find links to the sessions under "Events" on the left of the page. If you go in here ahead of time, you can RSVP for the session and you'll receive a reminder.
