If you need to cancel your in-person registration, there is a $50 nonrefundable processing fee that would be applied and we would refund the remaining fees back to the credit card used in the original transaction. However you could also transfer your registration to the digital online version of the festival. The cost is $95 and if you make the transfer, no processing fee would be applied. The upgraded, online version of the festival includes the livestreaming of both venues during the week of the festival, as well as the audio and video recordings of all of the sessions including bonus sessions that are only a part of the recording package. You are able to watch the videos at your leisure once the festival is over for the next year. You can listen to and download the audio recordings which are yours to keep. So consider transferring if you need to cancel!
